Yes. Upon official notification, all scheme-related submissions, appraisals, approvals, and reporting must be done exclusively through the portal.

Yes, the Scheme related information is displayed on the homepage and part of the dashboard. Additionally, the portal support chatbot option for catering all the queries on the schemes supported under National Fund.

A. USER ROLES & ACCESS
The portal has the following roles:
  1. Implementing Agency User
  2. Programme Division
  3. National Authority, CAMPA

The new users have to complete one time registration on the portal using their official email ids, phone numbers and Aadhar card details which shall create their profiles in the portal.

B. IMPLEMENTING AGENCY (IA)–RELATED QUERIES

It moves to the assigned Programme Division for scrutiny and appraisal.

The IA dashboard displays real-time status:
  • Drafted
  • Submitted
  • Approved / Not Approved
C. PROGRAMME DIVISION (PD)–RELATED QUERIES

Yes. They can return the proposal with comments. IA will receive automated notifications.

It means the Programme Division has completed its appraisal and forwarded the proposal to National Authority, CAMPA for final consideration.

D. NATIONAL AUTHORITY, CAMPA (NA CAMPA)–RELATED QUERIES

NA CAMPA reviews appraised proposals, verifies alignment with the CAF Act, and records approval decisions digitally.

National Authority views the proposals through their dashboard and record their decision which is compiled into an automated approval order.

E. SCHEME MONITORING & PROGRESS REPORTING

The portal allows daily physical and financial progress capturing on the approved schemes. However, its a required practice of updating the progress, (a) both physical and financial made in the schemes in every quarter of the Financial Year and (b) Interest receipt details may be uploaded annually.
